HATHA

Hatha Yoga uses asanas (postures) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. Hatha yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps are used to assist a posture or maximize a stretch.

PRENATAL

A fantastic way to help prepare the mind and body for the birthing process, Prenatal Yoga provides a gentle yet strong practice suitable for all stages of pregnancy and uses visualization to achieve a deeper connection to the child within. Props such as blocks, bolsters and straps are used to assist a posture or maximize a stretch.

HOT

Hot Yoga is performed in a heated room, typically between 32-37°C. This practice includes various asanas as well as sun salutations and is great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. Get ready to torch calories, tone your body, and relax your mind!

REVIVE

Revive Yoga is similar to Hatha but preformed at a more relaxing and restorative pace in a lightly heated environment.

AERIAL

This is a fun, interactive class that’s great for beginners. Aerial yoga is done using silks that are securely fastened to the ceiling and allow the body to move deeper into a pose. Aerial Yoga specifically increases inter-vertebral separation and can result in relief of back pain, healthier nerve roots, and improved joint mobility!

CHAIR

Chair Yoga is a great way to keep the body moving. This gentle style of yoga is practiced using the support of a chair and can benefit anyone but is specifically designed for seniors and those with limited mobility.
